Shipping – We ship around Aotearoa New Zealand and Australia using NZ Post Courier Services. You will receive notifications directly from NZ Post when the courier for your item is booked. We do our best to process your order and get it dispatched within 3 days. Delivery times are subject to change and dependent on item availability.

If you would like us to ship your order from Coastal Signs internationally, beyond Australia, please contact us directly: hello@coastal-signs.net

* Title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. When ordering from Coastal Signs, you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Depending on the destination you may have to pay additional taxes or import duties. Coastal Signs will not be held responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information.

Returns – If you are unhappy with an item we will do our best to resolve the problem.

Loss & Damage – In the unlikely event an item is lost or damaged in transit Coastal Signs will happily replace it. Given the limited nature of our edition items, we may not always be able to produce an exact replacement but will supplement the item's value in conversation with you.

Payment – We gladly accept Visa and MasterCard through our payment service provider Stripe. Unfortunately we cannot accept American Express.

Currency – Coastal Signs charges your credit card in New Zealand dollars. If you live outside New Zealand and have a foreign currency credit card, the amount in New Zealand dollars will be charged to your card using your provider’s current exchange rate. Please remember that buy/sell exchange rates can differ depending on when your credit card provider processes the transaction, so the amount that appears on your credit card statement may be slightly different to the converted invoiced amount. Credit card companies may also charge international payment fees and/or commission for selling you foreign currency. Please contact your credit card provider directly for their terms and conditions.

Framing – If you would like help or advice regarding the framing of your edition, please don't hesitate to contact us.
