Emma McIntyre graduated with a BVA (Painting) from AUT University in 2011, and an MFA from University of Auckland's Elam School of Fine Arts in 2016. In 2019 she was awarded a Fulbright General Graduate award to study an MFA at ArtCenter College of Design, Pasadena, that she completed in 2021. Emma is represented by David Zwirner, Chateau Shatto, Los Angeles, and Air de Paris, Paris.
